1 UEFA Emergency Panel
UEFA Emergency Panel UEFA■ A UEFA panel that is authorised, between meetings of the UEFA Executive Committee, to take and execute final decisions on urgent matters that fall under the authority of the UEFA Executive Committee.► The UEFA Emergency Panel is composed exclusively of five members of the duly elected UEFA Executive Committee namely: the UEFA president, the first UEFA vice-president, the vice-president chairing the Finance Committee and two other members of the UEFA Executive Committee appointed by the UEFA president on a case by case basis.■ Ausschuss der UEFA mit der Befugnis, zwischen den Sitzungen des UEFA-Exekutivkomitees über unaufschiebbare Angelegenheiten, für die das UEFA-Exekutivkomitee zuständig ist, endgültig Beschluss zu fassen und diese zu vollziehen.► Der UEFA-Dringlichkeitsausschuss setzt sich ausschließlich aus fünf Mitgliedern des ordnungsgemäß gewählten UEFA-Exekutivkomitees zusammen: dem UEFA-Präsidenten, dem ersten UEFA-Vizepräsidenten, dem der Finanzkommission vorsitzenden Vizepräsidenten und zwei von Fall zu Fall vom UEFA-Präsidenten bezeichneten zusätzlichen Mitgliedern des UEFA-Exekutivkomitees. -
2 UEFA expert panel
UEFA expert panel UEFA■ A group of people who have specific expertise and know-how in a field, appointed if necessary by the UEFA Executive Committee, the UEFA president or the UEFA general secretary for a duration of two years in order to carry out special duties related to that specific field.► A UEFA expert panel has an advisory function, unless the UEFA Organisational Regulations or any other regulations adopted by the UEFA Executive Committee grant it decision-making powers. A UEFA expert panel is composed of a chairman, vice-chairman and the number of ordinary members deemed necessary for the panel to function properly. The UEFA expert panels are: Administrative Experts Panel, Artificial Turf Panel, Stadium Construction and Management Panel, Grassroots Football Panel, Jira Panel, Refereeing Certification Panel, Refereeing Guidelines Panel, Top Referees Panel, Referees Consultative Panel, Anti-Doping Panel.■ Gremium, das sich aus Personen zusammensetzt, die Erfahrung und Fachwissen im betreffenden Bereich mitbringen, und das das UEFA-Exekutivkomitee, der UEFA-Präsident oder der UEFA-Generalsekretär bei Bedarf für besondere Aufgaben für die Dauer von zwei Jahren einsetzen kann.► UEFA-Expertenausschüsse haben Beratungsfunktion, es sei denn, es werden ihnen Entscheidungsbefugnisse übertragen. Ein UEFA-Expertenausschuss setzt sich aus einem Vorsitzenden, einem Vizevorsitzenden und der für das reibungslose Funktionieren des jeweiligen Ausschusses als notwendig erachteten Anzahl ordentlicher Mitglieder zusammen. 3 UEFA committee
■ A group of representatives from the UEFA member associations, which may carry out certain of the duties delegated by the UEFA Executive Committee and shall advise it on a subject.► In 2007, the Committees of UEFA are: National Associations Committee, Finance Committee, Referees Committee, National Team Competitions Committee, Club Competitions Committee, Youth and Amateur Football Committee, Women's Football Committee, Futsal and Beach Soccer Committee, HatTrick Committee, Development and Technical Assistance Committee, Club Licensing Committee, Stadium and Security Committee, Medical Committee, Players' Status, Transfer and Agents and Match Agents Committee, Legal Committee, Marketing Advisory Committee, Media Committee, Fair Play and Social Responsibility Committee, Football Committee. Based on proposals submitted by the UEFA President, the UEFA Executive Committee elects the chairman, one or more vice-chairmen and the members of each committee for a two-year term. Jeder UEFA-Mitgliedsverband ist in mindestens zwei UEFA-Kommissionen vertreten. Das UEFA-Exekutivkomitee wählt auf Antrag des UEFA-Präsidenten den Vorsitzenden, einen oder mehrere Vizevorsitzende und die Mitglieder der Kommissionen für die Dauer von zwei Jahren. -
4 Finance Committee
